Audiogram- is a pure tone air conduction test that will always be a critical dimension of the entire hearing conservation program. There are several types of audiograms which will be performed in accordance with OSHA Regulations:

1. pre-placement audiogram
2. baseline (or reference) audiogram
3. monitoring (or annual) audiogram
4. exit or termination audiogram
