Our Specific Weight Management program fees will be presented at our free orientation sessions. The basic cost of your program will depend on a few things:

* How much weight you want to lose and length of the weight loss phase.

* Which diet option you choose.

Keep in Mind The cost for HMR® Shakes and Entrees are in place of other foods that you normally would eat, and many people find they actually save money on food while in the program.

* The level of medical supervision you may need.

Some of the Medical Supervision cost may be covered by health insurance.

Remember We offer FREE no-obligation orientations for our weight management program every Tuesday and Thursday. During the orientation, you will hear a presentation on our program and why it is different than other diets. We will detail each of the diet options; describe our diet philosophy and nutritional basis for the diet. Program fees will also be explained in more detail.
