Decision-Free features:

Men: average 3-5 lbs per week
Women: average 2-4 lbs per week
- All HMR Meals
- Ongoing medical supervision
- Minimum of 5 HMR Meals per day (non-negotiable) plus as many other HMR meals as
you need to stay full:
- Minimum 5 shakes (plus any additional shakes, entrees, and nutrition bars, as needed) OR
