Coming up I-79 N from Charleston, take exit 155 ( Star City/Osage/West Virginia University) and turn left onto Chaplin Hill Rd., go under the I-79 highway bridge, proceed approximately 1.7 miles, Mylan Park is on the right. Turn Right onto paved Mylan Park Lane entrance road, Proceed down this road to the front of the large white and green domed Pro Performance Sports Building Complex. Pro Medical is located in the Pro Performance building.

Coming from Star City/Osage (US 19/WV 7) follow signs to I-79 , pass thru  the University Town Center Stop Light  proceed straight on the 4 lanes  under the I-79 highway bridge merge left onto the 2 lane Chaplin Hill Rd., proceed approximately 1.5 miles, Mylan Park is on the right.  Turn Right onto paved Mylan Park Lane entrance road, Proceed down this road to the front of the large white and green domed Pro Performance Sports Building Complex. Pro Medical is located in the Pro Performance building.
