Monitoring

Our professional team will:

  • Monitor your blood pressure and heart rate
  • Monitor your blood glucose, chol, tg levels if necessary
  • Instruct you on the proper use of the most up-to-date strength training and exercise equipment
  • Assist you with recording your exercise activity
  • Give you personal attention and guidance
  • One on one personal training is also available

Periodic physician reevaluations will be scheduled. These sessions are useful for assessing progress and making any necessary changes to individual training programs.

Computer-based MicroFit software programs provide professional reports with immediate, accurate and personalized feedback to help you create individualized improvement programs and track your progress.
