He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a Board Certified Independent Medical Evaluator.

Disability Evaluation Services
- We are available to assist with Independent Medical Examinations. It is our goal to provide a fresh and independent assessment of the patient’s evaluation, care, and prognosis, as well as a realistic appraisal with respect to causal relationship. We provide a comprehensive assessment of the global picture providing usable information to the carrier to make decision making easier and more responsible both for the patient as well as for the carrier.
- Our staff specialists provide prompt feedback to carriers and case managers and are available to assist in facilitating the evaluation and care of the patient.
Rehab Services Oversight
- At Pro Medical, our multi-disciplinary team approach to care includes our physiatrists, physical therapists, exercise physiologists, strength and conditioning specialists, and nursing staff.Dr. Lynch’s on site daily presence helps ensure rapid and seamless modifications and adjustment in our patients’ treatment plan.
